To this, add a warm smile, a friendly hello, and a sincere interest in each student as an individual. Stir in experience as sociology instructor and mix well with various types of excitement in the Emergency Room. Top with the ability to handle the Senior Class ' sometimes heated discussions. FACULTY In order to accommodate the ever increasing student body, pro¬ visions are being made for continued faculty expansion. This is nec¬ essary because each instructor must reach the individual student and impart to that student eyery aspect of nursing. The faculty at Char¬ ity Hospital School of Nursing now has 63 members, compared to a mere 10 in 1938 and 13 in 1944.
