HCR.-XCR U. VVIiS'l'CO'l Ileadnirnvlw' Mr. VVestcott came to New London as the headmaster of Chap- man Technical High School following his appointment on August 3, I937. Since then, through his untiring efforts, he has established for Chapman Tech a fine reputation well known throughout the state. His interests, however, do not lie only in the school's academic fields as proven by his frequent attendance at the sehool's athletic events. His pride in our school band, dances, and teams is an in- centive to give the best we have.
