The Proconian, originally written and published by the debating club, was first edited by Herman Fussler in 1950. Its aim, represented by the title CPro for, and con After Herman Fussler, Dick Dashiell, Billy Hudson, and Ned Hamilton were heads of the staff, in l955 WSonnyH Jordan, Charles Giduz, Brew- ster Rogerson, and Thomas Mclntosh all acted editors during parts of the year. Through its existence the Proconian has shown a trend againstj, has been, through its seven years of reporting school news, to print both sides of important school questions impartially. The ultimate goal of the staff is to be able to print the Proconian, and build up a reserve fund for future years.
