1960 - Our Year T960-was OUR year! It marks the change of a decade, but to us, T960 represents an end and a beginning. The past is gone. The present is ending, but our future lies before us. Before our high school days fade into ob- scurity and we go our separate ways, let us glance back once more, and see our year. The education we have gained in our classrooms, as well as the extracurricular events we have experienced are part of the knowledge we have attained here at Chaney. We have felt the spirit of competition in our sports. Our dreams have come true with royalty. Possibly the most important and last- ingly influential part of our year is the inspir- ing leadership of our faculty. Yes, OUR year, of which these are the components, was the year in our high school life. The T960 Lariat has tried to capture high- lights of OUR year in words and pictures. ln later life, when you once more turn these pages, and forgotten memories are revived, remember-it was T960-OUR year.
