SUMMARY GF SCPHOMORE CLASS We were Freshmen last year, but no one should hold that against us. We took our initiation and spent one whole school year tagged with that name. This year, we are sophomores. Oh, what fun! We started to school in September. Without us, the school would have had a hard time getting along Cwe hopeb for we have the largest enrollment in our class. There are 19 of us. It wasn't too hard for us to settle down to the routine of school and studying. A few things seem to be done differently than we remember them from last year. We started our business year out by voting for our class officers. The votes counted as follows: President ........... ....... R ichard Clark Vice-President ...... ......... V erna Eilers We joined in the activities that were begun this year. We have boys on the foot- ball team, basketball teamg two sophomore girls as cheerleadersg two girls were chosen as queen attendants, Shirley Edge and Bobette Dearingg and, we are well represented in the other clubs. Right now we are busy trying to keep up the good name of our class and also we are working hard to keep all those good grades, which we do love to see on our report card when we receive it at the end of each six weeks.
