Well, I just heard you now have two children and since you moved to Illinois as soon as you were maried in '57, I thought you would like to know how our former classmates are. Tell El wood I said ■Hello James Courtney, Sue Angel, Janice and Wilford Fisher were married in '57 in a big church wedding. James owns a service station and Sue is expecting her third child any time now. They live in a small ranch type home in the suburbs of Chandler. Janice fulfilled her life ambition of a beautician, but soon gave it up when her son and daughter came along. Wilford has gone into the lumber business with his cousin ond is doing quite well. They live, of course, in one of the Fisher houses. Richard lorrying and Jerry Thurman really have it easy. Richard owns a trucking firm and Jerry owns an ultra modern service station. They ore both single ond they live in a large penthouse. Richard was telling me he thought Jerry and he would have a better chance at getting some poor girl to marry them if they hod something to impress them with, namely the penthouse. Now I've really got a surprise for you! Sonny Coomes is now married and has two rowdy boys. And do you remember how he used to talk of marrying some rich girl? Well, he sure did. He lives up on a hill in a big white mansion with a long white rock driveway leading to the hoiee. Maybe Sonny hod the ric ht idea after all. To go on, I suppose since Carolyn is one of your best friends you olreody know oil about her, but I don't wont to leave anyone out. She seems to be very happy with her husband. Morion, and their two children. Morion is employed as a carpenter in Evansville. Their residence is located in Evans- ville also. Pickles Sutter is monied to Jo Arm Henoger and has four children. Pickles is employed at Servel and they are residing in Evansville. Remember little Betty? She sure hit the jockpot when she married Chick Weldon. He now owns o large choin of laundries ond they own o real modem ranch type house in Evansville. They hove four children. Anito Blackford has done pretty well herself. Ed, her husband, has become manoger of the Hulman Company. They are residing in Evansville, also. They live two blocks from Betty and Chick. Anita has three children, two boys and one girl. Beverly Creek ond Jack Hildebrant were married last year. Beverly has become o nurse and Jock m engineer. But I'm afraid Beverly wil I not continue her nursing for she is soon to hove her first child. Buddy married Beverly Hopgood in '57 and hcs three children. Buddy is still in the lime business ond owns o brick house between Chandler and Newburgh. I guess you can guess who Bob Schindler married, Sandro Underhill, of course, and they have six lovely children. They are living in Lynn ville and Bob owns and runs o floral shop there. We now have a funerol home in Chandler, and guess who runs it, Mr. James Fisher, himself. He said that people were always dying and he couldn't go wrong in that kind of business. He married Mary Lou Thene is soon as she finished school. Ann Groeninger lives with ner father. She is employed at the Deaconess Hospitol, working tt a nurse's aid. My brother, David, is soon to get out of the service. He married Shirley O’Brien a few years ago and I am an aunt twice. They will live in Chandler in one of the Brooks homes after he is out. Larry Drol I is living in Newburgh, married to Neto Lee Hedges. Larry is teaching in Newburg and they have four children. As for me, well, I hove gone to business college and am now married and hove twin girls. I am residing in Boonville at the present, so write me sometime. 16 Your farmer cldsmate.
