STUDENT COUNCIL Standing: Mr. Harry Rusack, John Bechard, Richard Castine, Barbara Maynard, Joel McCrea, Eugene Zurlo, Seated : Mrs. Sarah Barber, Mrs. Glenice Scriver, Joan Abood, Francis Proulx, Mr. Faul Marvin, Mr. Daniel Maher, Chudleigh Fosher, Miss Patricia Faerber, Miss Anna Pearson, Mr. Edward Dodds, Mr. Francis Moore The Student Council, which is the governing body of the Champlain Central School, is composed of teachers and students from grades eight through twelve. The representatives are chosen by their classmates while the officers are chosen by members of the Student Council. The President and Treasurer must be Seniors and the Secretary, a Junior. The Council holds meetings to discuss and settle problems which arise during the school year.
