Total dedication and hard work is what it takes to be a Champion cheer- leader. There is much more behind cheerleading than most people suspect. Under the direction of Miss Darlene Kijowski, the cheerleaders have kept bust throughout the year. New cheers to be learned . . . after school daily practice . . .lockers to decorate . . . pep rallies. These girls have done much to boost the CHS spirit. This was his first year to work with these girls. One of their strong points was the teamwork they displayed whether at home or on the road, at practice or a real game.
