First year coach, Mr. Salo, primes his Flashes with the determination and pride it takes for victory. Outstanding players such as Vic Romack, Mark Barnhart, Rob Palcich, Dave Pierson, and Keith Sharick were soon moved up to Var- sity level. To the people who follow only the more glamorous scene of Varsity bas- ketball, the JV's may be considered the 'other' team. But without the ex- perience of playing JV, many Varsity players would be much less developed. This yearls squad displayed erratic tal- ent, going from flashes of brilliance to a comedy of errors. The JV team has done a fine job in its own right, as well as being the main hope for future Var- sity squads g throws quickly and accurately. Vic adds another 2 points to the score 12811 .V.
