A61'Ol1HlltiCS Course FUTURE FLYERS AND CRAFTSMEN Instructor-ROBERT J. BEARD The Aeronautics Course is provided for boys who are interested in neronautics either as an occupation or as a hobby. It is especially beneficial to those who are interested in military aviation. Part of the year is spent in building airplane models. This gives the student a better understanding of the structure and operation of airplanes. The remainder of the year is devoted to the study of aerodynamics, meteorology, and the more technical parts of aviation. Efforts have been made to add flying time to the present curri- culum. This would provide each member with practical and useful training for future use. The course is elective and open only to juniors and seniors. Page Om' I1lllltll'l'll Tllrvuly-uint
