Not only do the coun- selors suggest courses which would be practical and beneficial to a student's particular needs, but they also give aptitude, l.Q., and vocational tests. Seniors find the guidance office par- ticularly helpful when planning careers or choosing a college. Guidance Group The attendance office, located in South Hall, is remarkably efficient in recording the attendance of the 2800 students at Chaffey-Ontario. Besides re- adrnitting students and printing a list of absent students each day, the atten- dance office issues work permits, com- piles official state reports on atten- dance, and checks on the reasons for student absences.
