Our boys finished the season with a record of 21 wins and 3 losses. The Red Devils won the championship of the Scott-Mississippi Conference. This is the second time we have won the cham- pionship undefeated in the past five years. We won both the A and B team divisions of the Conference Tourney held at Illmo. We also finished second in the District Regiona1'Tourney also held at Illmo. We lose six boys from this years squad through graduation, but we had a B team with a record of 14 wins and 4 losses, winning first in the Conference Tourney and second in the Oak Ridge Freshman-Sophomore Tourney. So although we will miss these boys sadly next season, we hope to come back with a good squad next year. Co Capt. Ed Chronister, Co-Capt. Ryland Meyr, Senior Guard. Due to wet weather the season consisted of only 2 games. The Sub-District Tournament was held in Chaffee for the first time this year, We also had the District Play-off game and the Sectional Play-off game in Chaffee. We lose through graduation 6 members from this year 's squad, but our squad and team was composed of quite a few younger boys so we hope for a fine season next year. ,s..,M, ,..'
