Miss Cook supervised them. This club is composed of girls in the first and second year Home Economics classes and those who have completed the course. The purpose of the Home Economics Club is to interest the girls in different fields, such as social functions. This was forwarded by the banquet that was given the faculty members. Several members of the club participated. Meetings were held on every other Thursday, and programs of interest and entertainment were given. — 24 —

They were as follows: President Vice-President Secretary-T reasurer Sergeant-at-Arms Sponsor PAT McADAMS MARNETT SCOTT DOROTHY SLINKARD DANNY BILL DIVENS MR. LA VAL This year, instead of giving one or two three-act plays, the Drama Club decided to give several one-act plays. This was met with great approval. It was also decided to take in mem- bers who were interested in backstage work, rather than just members who could and would act A play entitled The Red Lamp was given before our assembly. It's purpose was originally meant for an exchange program. But this plan was not carried out. We regret to lose the following members through graduation: Pat McAdams Coletta Slinkard Mary Anna Bisplinghoff Allie B.
