DeWAYNE K LYLE W JOHN S REX S Mr Skoglund must be quite a man To put up with something that no one else can He took the green Freshmen so brave and so free To sponsor them in 52 but not in 53 The Freshmen are here, God bless their little souls, Now l'1l start the lineup, from pole to pole. First is Bill Hawk, a right chubby little elf, I laughed when I saw him, in spite of myself. Emilie Olson, the cowgirl, that's plain to see, I wonder if therelare any moreicowgirls on her family tree Pete Hefflefinger, the girl lover, oh, how he slays 'em, I think if he had the chance, he would even bathe them. Virginia Weeks comes to school each day, And the visitors she brings, I think are O. K. 'Jerry Spencer, the ladies' man, He jumps, when they holler, at every command. DeWayne Kahler, oh, what a sight, His teeth are like stars, they come out every night. Lyle Weber has something in common with this Kahler k But Lyle has another tooth in, and it looks just like new John Straub is a nice little guy, It seems he's always got a twinkle in his eye. Rex Sturtevant says, Roses are red, violets are blue, Don't worry about us little ones, we'll get .'1ere too. Nancy Hurd and her cute smile, She seems to be wearing it all the while. Kenny Apple is a Freshman, and for this he is very glad He says this way I get three more years to run my teach Alden Larem does not worry, Nor does he ever get in a hurry. Nancy Hefflefinger says, I'm another green Freshman, Hanging on the line, And if my ears don't stretch out, everything will be just fine David Stralow is the quiet type, But for the Chadwick girls, I think he's all right. 19 :

DAVID S. NANCY H. ALDEN L. KENNY A. Sylvia Stein says, I'm another Freshman, hanging on the line. I'd love to find the Seniors that put me here, and hook them on a line. Jerry Kness, the truck driver's son. When Jerry gets behind the wheel, we had better start to run. Gayle Bast says, I'm not very big, but I'm here to stay. Look out, Seniors, I'm on my way. Lyle Cartwright is built like a man, And if no one else can do it, he says he can. Larry Roberts does not agree, If you want a he-man, just come over to me. Kenny Geisz. knows how to stop 'em. I'm the only one who can pour water from a boot, with the direction the bottom. Mary Prowant says, I had a little goat and I fed it on old tin cans, And when it had some little kids, they were all Ford sedans. Stanley Adolph says, I'm sitting in a basket, and waiting to be hung, I'm just another green Freshman, and STANLEY A, MARY ANN P. KENNY G. SYLVIA S. LARRY R. LYLE C the very greenest one. Now, we have two new sponsors, and I guess they're all right, Idon't think they've had any quarrels, not even one little fight. Here is the Freshman Class, now take a look and see, If you ever saw a better class, than in '52 and '53. 6- GAYLE B JERRY K
