Early in the tall, the Council published the 1939-1940 College Directoryg and so on thruout the entire year, the Student Council kept busy-attempting to aid the students and to establish closer re- lationship between faculty and students. The Student Council is elected by popular vote of the student bodyg and it is the duty of the council to convey student problems and ideas to the administration.
