He has made the greatest invention of his day: a beau- tiful city under the sea. It is lighted by a crystal which causes an emerald-green glow. Most of his merry little group have followed him into the ocean's depths to fulfill his life's dream. Elmer Griffith, his second in command, operates the atomic sub which goes to the suxiace when provisions are needed. Sandra Redfern and Annette Buchanan, the world's most noted secretaries, have been hired to keep a record of the happenings and important events. No town is complete without its local newspaper.
