Fitzgibbon as vice president. The School Board had as one of it’s many duties the job of finding the replacement of the Superintendent Of Schools of Chadron City Schools. FACULTY FACES Wayne Jones, long-time activities director at Chadron High, was this year promoted to the position of Principal. His duties kept him busy throughout the year, but he also took much of his valuable time to keep in touch with the activities of the school. It was not an unusual sight to see him in the commons or hallways, visiting with students and faculty. Good luck to Mr. Jones in his new office! Hank Reitz is a new face at Chadron High, succeeding Wayne Jones as Activities Director and Assistant Principal. His duties included scheduling all activities, games, dances, assisting in disciplining students, and acting as Athletic Direc- tor. Mr. Reitz also took an avid interest in the well-being of the students, and was often seen visiting with the young people in school. He was also a familiar face at all games, impressing students and parents alike. Welcome and good luck to you, Mr. Reitz! Barb Eitemiller Dick Brown Curt Holmquist 7
