AS8 President Doug Stout A$8 Vice President Jim Peterson ASB Secretary Cydney Osano ASB Treasurer Parul Kapadia The students at C H S generally accept the A S B Cabinet as just another dub on campus but the reverse is true The A S B Cabinet is made up of a group of students who are qualified in the field of student leadership In actuality the cabinet runs almost 100% of the schools activities The A S B President. Doug Stout, is head of this group and inturn, the active leader of the campus Hrs job entales much more than any student could imagine Mr Stout represents the school in almost every activity that takes place on campus and also represents the campus in the community and its happenaigs Mr Stout is aided through the assistance of the executive board, which is made up of the ASB Vice-President. Jim Peterson, the A.SB Secretary. Cydney Osano. and the A.SB Treasurer Parul Kapadia. The ASB Cabinet is also made up of two students from the freshman, sophomore, junior, and senior classes, who are the president and representative for that particular class The cabinet also holds positions for commissioners of activities, alumni, athletics, clubs, elections, pubhcity. public relations. and spirit The A S B Cabinet sponsored popular activities such as dances DJ.ed by KROQ's Richard Black and KNAC's Sylvia Aimerito the Bad Boys with lead singer John Stamos The cabinet also provided great entertainment tor the campus with the mime artistry of Can Trivonavich. Campbell Productions Stampede. and Loveland Days. The annual events that went over great were Spirit Week. Homecoming, and Almost Anything Went For this group of leaders that the campus thought to be inexpenenced, well ... “this group of leaders proved their experience. The 1982 83 California Scholarship Federation Shaune Washington Ms IFHo First Semester President CSF Advisor Ron Browne Second Semester President CSF quickly became active in school activities with the assistance of club advisor Ms. Delo and Presidents Shaune Washington and Ron Browne. The club had many fund raisers with enthusiastic members to help out. Some of these fundraisers were the kiss-o-grams, Loveland Days leg toss and a car wash. The club also kept up with their tutoring, helping students in every field. The club also attended CSF Night at Disneyland and took an interesting visit to the Norton Simon Museum of Art.
