LADY DONS’ BEST SEASON EVER ur girls' Varsity Basketball team O enjoyed one of their most successful seasons in school history, reaching the C.I.F. playoffs for the --------r-l first time. The Lady Dons league --------j—I record of 9 5 and overall record of -----------' 15-8 was good enough for a 3rd place finish. They also won the consolation championship at the Pomona Christmas Tournament. The team was led by All-League players Karen Sample and Carol Brandt.  BABY DONS DO WELL IN LEAGUE!!! ur freshmen basketball team of 198182 had a successful year. They finished with an 11-3 league record. 14-4 overall. This years freshmen broke through in league with the help of a new coach, Mr. Lougie. Hopefully this experience will help the players in their future years at Cerritos High School. 1.
