Maharlica means royal blood aharlica began its second year as Ma club at Cerritos High with much enthusiasm. During Spirit Week, they participated in the Toilet Paper Wrap. They were very cheerful during Christmas time when the various members went caroling to get into the spirit. They sponsored a car •wash along with a Beef Jerky sale to raise money for the Club. This money was used for an exciting camping trip to Big Bear. The Club also awarded a $200 scholarship to a senior who contributed the most to the Club. With the great efforts of President Vedasto Samonte and Advisor Ms. Pendleton, the Maharlica Club broke through to have an extremely successful and funfilled year. 1.
