’82 and ’83 battle for first ince Almost Anything Went originated, there hasn't been a more controversial week than the one held this year. There were some very exciting moments along with much tension throughout the week with the classes of '82 and '83 constantly battling for first place. It came down to the last events on Friday to determine the winner: the events were the Tricycle Races and the Obstacle Races. The Seniors were determined not to let the underclassmen defeat them — and of course, they didn't! The final scores were tabulated with the class of ’82 earning 84 points, the class of '83 with 82 points, and the Sophomores and Freshmen rounding it off with 39 and 35 points respectively. Some of the other events held during the week included the Fruit Pass, Bucket Brigade, Boardwalk, V.W. Push, T.P. Wrap, and Hot Spot. This year's Almost Anything Went will perhaps remain in everyone's mind for years to come and go down in C.H.S. history as the year the Seniors once again showed who had the most spirit and enthusiasm to win. 18 Activities Almost Anything Went
