“PRUPHECY Years have passed since that sad, yet wel comed day when the Senior Class marched up to receive their diplomas from Mr, J. M, Thomas, who was principal of good old Ceres, As we remember, that was in 1958 and it is now 1968. Yes, time has flown since then and it is now almost a dream, As I sit here, I recall how things used to be and realize that a great change has come over the world and especially the little school lo cated on the banks of North Holston, back in the old hometown, known to us as Ceres. The school has enlarged and they have a better ball field and many things we wanted but never received, The new cafeteria is under the supervision of the former Geraldine Umbarger and watch her twins eat that delicious food served by good old Ceres girls. Bobby Lee Davis is head nurse at the Oak of Ceres Hospital at Ceres and has as her personal secretary, Evelyn Ingram, Hey, not so close to the new doctor. Louise Ingram is the wife of the greatest racer in America, He has won four races in the last two years. Yes, that's his name Donald Kidd. Hey, Elaine, be a little easier on those small Kegleys.
