As we embark upon our careers we may well hold in mind the ex- ample set forth by our distinguished Superintendent of Schools, and father of our F.F.A. Born and reared at Ceres, Virginia where he received his sec- ondary education, he later attended Washington and Lee University and Virginia Polytechnic Institute to obtain his B.S. and M.S. De- grees. His many educational work experiences include the following: Teacher at Bellhaven, Eastern Shore of Virginia Agricultural Instructor and principal of Buckingham High School Teacher trainer at V. P.
