Lori in A Work! of rearnr FRESHMAN CLASS OFFICERS: Helen Andreasen, Vice Presidentg Phillip Palmer, Presidentg Mrs. Gertrude Putman, Head Advisorg Anita Webster, Secretaryg and Sandra Sticklin, Treasurer. Lost? Looking for roll rooms? What will the teachers be like? Will we ever fit into this routine? These are typical questions we had in our minds on the first day of school, way back last August. At the beginning of the year the Juniors and Seniors sign for Freshmen and new girls to act as their little sisters. These upper class- men escort them to classes and present a party to get acquainted. This party is held at the end of the first week of school. The boys are given a Freshman mixer. Pictured above are some of the Freshmen boys participating in the games which were play- ed. They usually have this in the gym where the students have refreshments. As the year progressed they sponsored a sock dance and the girls took part in the Girls League mothers tea. Many of us also at- tended the big formal dances, and made most of the noise at the games.
