As Director of Admissions her |ob contains many responsibilities. One |ob is to make sure the name of the college is known to many students, and she works very hard doing this. Mrs. Robbins supervises a secretary, a data entry manager, and two professional admissions personnel. She also prepares the budget for the Admissions office and processes applications for admission. Furthermore, she prepares all Admissions publications and advertising plans, and dev el ops the admissions master plan. Mrs Robbins also coordinates the admis- sion activities in the Southern Area of The Wesleyan Church Mrs. Robbins always makes sure that she follows up on student interest, and she encourages them. She matches the students' needs to what the school offers. She also takes on other assigned tasks. Mrs. Robbins, thank you for who you are and your many years of devotion. We also thank you for the fine job you're doing! k Dedication 3 Memories They Shall Abundantly Utter The Memory Of Thy Great Goodness, And Shall Sing Of Thy Righteousness. It was a lot of hard work and planning for the Junior Class, but they made it through it. They started off the day by going to Stone Mountain. Georgia. They spent the whole day enjoying the sights and riding the rides. The theme A Mountain of Memories seemed to be very appropriate. That night the banquet was held at Plantation Inn with great entertainment from Bridgeworks. This was a day and a night they would never forget. imuminm I i J. Love isn’t Love 'til you give it away. Anon. A merry heart goes twice the way that tires a sad one. Shakespeare Closing 14: The year has come to an end. It has had Its many trials, but through the grace of God we all have made it. This year has brought me many new experiences that have really opened my eyes and helped me to put my faith in God. The yearbook is one of those experiences. Traditionally, a Senior would be the editor. As a Junior I thought that being editor would be fun and challenging. It has proven to be good experience for me, and I really enjoyed leading the 1987-88 Centralian staff. There have also been many stressful times trying to produce this yearbook, but when I see it finished I find it all worthwhile. I also discovered new things about myself. One thing 1 have realized is that these experiences have brought me closer to God. 1 want to thank Miss Tamara Flinchum, Yearbook Advisor, for all the support and help she has given me. She was also new as Advisor, and I thank her for the terrific job. I also want to thank Mrs. Kling, Financial Advisor, for all the hard work she did in keeping the budget. My friends and family deserve special thanks: My parents for reassuring me that I could do it, and my friends for listening to the many complaints and yet encouraging me all the way. I also thank them for all the extra help and prayers. Last, but never least. I would like to thank God for His tender loving hand which guided me all the way through the year; without Him, it couldn’t have been done. Some of us have many special Memories at CWC in our relationships with God and friends. To those of you who are freshman, there are yet many more wonderful Memories to come. I pray that you will always cherish the Memories you have already made here at CWC because I certainly do. I hope that the 1988 Centralian captures some of those cherished Memories. In Christian Love, PETENS
