Sincerely, John Kiser, Editor Bill Jenkins, Business Manager 3 4 A college is many thing—sights, sounds, movements; but more than these, a college is people— a way of life. 5 6 A people that live from day to day— Advancing forward, leaving the past, Striding toward the future, Forgetting defeat, always hoping For a new day and a better tomorrow. Madness seizes each staff member as he realizes at the last minute that he has forgotten to do something. Laying everything else aside, he completes his task. Now he can sit back and enjoy, with the greatest of satisfaction, the new Centralian with its story of an entire school year at C.W.C. Earl Alex- ander dutifully strives to bring each student closer and higher on to solid ground. The services in the college church bring us nearer to God. Rev. Alexander's faithful leadership inspires everyone. To him, each looks for help in spiritual growth. 52 “Go Ye—Into All the World . . ” FMF Corroll Hulchesoo President Cynthio Wiggins Secretary Mike Htil Vice PtetKtent Carol Brewer Troaivter Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel. Now that exams have been passed and the library fine paid, graduation is here. A four-year college education is terminated in one brief trip across the platform—30 seconds —right hand over left, and graduate becomes alumnus. The past is as classical as gradua- tion itself, but the beginning is as fresh as the gladioli on the platform. Martha Faye Brazier, Treas. 77 Alice Albertson High Point.
