The foolish one finds it out when the flood comes. Of infinitely greater importance than material construction is the building of a life. After a few decades, or at the most a century or two, the vast majority of earthly buildings crumble and decay. Human life, however, has an earthly beginning but stretches across the vast abyss to an endless eternity. It is therefore of tremendous importance that life be built upon a sure foundation. The life that is built upon the teachings of God’s Word wall stand the test both of time and eternity. A Bible-centered philosophy and education is a char- acteristic of a sound Christian school.
