Facult P Qs MRS. A. D. Woon, A.B., B.S. in Ed. Voice Mrs. A. D. Wood, our voice instruc- tor, finished junior college at Milton- vale, Kansas and senior 'college at Marion. She received her A.B. and B.S. degrees at Marion. She has done graduate work at Indiana University 1- . , 5 .a V-31 -N. ,,, Miss FRANCES FRENCH Dean of Woinen Miss Frances French attended Mil- tonvale Wesleyan College and Tre- vecca College in Nashville, Tennessee. She has traveled with her family in evangelistic work and helped in a priv- ate school in Birmingham, Alabama. This is her first year as Dean of Women at Central. MRS. lX'lYRTLE lX'fTCDANIEL, B.S. Dietitian Mrs. Myrtle McDaniel attended Cen- tral College for four years and received her B.S. degree. She also did some work on her A.B. and lVl.A. at the University of Tennessee, Furman, and Clemson Colleges. She taught in Pick- ens and Lawrence counties for fifteen years. This is her second year at Central. and the University of North Carolina. She taught one year at Miltonvale as voice instructor before coming to Cen- tral. This is her third year at Central. v , PROFESSOR A. D. WooD, A.B., B.S. in Ed. Education, History Professor A. D. Wood finished jun- ior college here at W. M. C. and senior college at Marion. He has received his A.B. and B.S. degrees. Upon gradua- tion from Marion, 'he came to teach at Central. He finished three years and one term of teaching before he was called into the U. S. Army. Argo receivedlher A.B. in English and education from Asbury College. She also attended school at Anderson Woman's College, Duke Uni- versity, Clemson College, and Peabody Teachers' College at Nashville, Ten- nessee. She then taught here for six years, after which she went to Africa as a missionary. Following her return to America, she did one year ,of depu- tation work. She then married and assisted her husband in pastoral work. Later she came back to Central, and this is her second year with us. V Miss ALICE MAE GOETTMAN, A.B. H istory, Wucation hdiss Alice Mae Coettman attended Ceneva College and Marion College, where she received her A.B. She ma- jored in mathematics and history.
