Another factor in the expansion was the purchase of a comp recording device for transcription and remedial purposes. During the year, they have presented three concerts, two of them forming Assembly programs. Solosists with the Orchestra concerts included Wayne S. Hertz, baritone; Walter Bull, organist, and Helen Mason, soprano. During the Sprinj quarter, they made a trip to Yakima to play before the Yakuni Women’s Musical club.
