Every seasori finds new activity courses offered the girls to help prepare them for active participation in playground work. Who on this campus has failed to take at least one sniff into the Health Ed. 50 course to see if the cats were still there? All students remember the courses offered by Mr. Nicholson with their side-lights in the problems of the curent football and basketball season. Every girl can find her favorite sport among the many listed in the cata- log: baseball, basketball, volley ball, tennis, badminton, hockey, soccer, field ball, archery, and tumbling. Usually a new experience for the girls are the courses in creative dance, folk dancing, clogging, and social dancing. The Folk Festival and the Dance Drama were the colorful exhibitions given by students in this section of physical education. Well-known figures on the campus are the members of the department- Miss Dean, Miss Puckett, and Miss Wentworth. '
