For the first time Central Valley had a Winter Festival in honor of girls' sports. The festivities consisted of a week's activities including a dance, rally, dress- up days and floats. The senior class won the dress-up competi- tion, the juniors won the skit 62 Winter Festival contest and the sophomores took the title for best float. The closing of the week ended with a rally in which the results of a student election were present- ed.
