Zealand Senior Scott Stapley became a foreign exchange student in New Zealand. He left for New Zealand during the sum- mer and returned in January. Scott lived with the Aikens for a short time. Then he stayed with the Chings. Mrs. Ching is a teacher and Mr. Ching is an accountant. They have one son 17 and one daughter 18. Scott really enjoyed staying with this family. He kept very busy at his all boys school. His subjects were much like the ones we have here: history, biology, math, and English. Scott said the only thing he dis- liked about the school was having to wear uniforms. Scott also had other things to keep him busy like basketball, track, scuba diving, sailing, deep sea fishing and lots of parties. Scott did a lot of traveling throughout New Zealand. Scott made a lot of new friends IIN: had a good time.
