Angel Hamilton Ralph Hannan Kelly Griffith David Guadagni Diane Hagstrom Running To The Top Allen Simpson is a junior who is outstanding in a couple of areas. Bob Harrison Ann Haskins Allen was highly recommended by the math department and sever- al other teachers also. He was in Algebra ll and Trig for the year and found math easier than some of his other classes. But, while fl concentrating on school, Allen has another big hobby. He runs! He was the number one runner for C.V. in cross country and he trains all during the winter for track in spring. He runs every day at g g g school and at home and he enjoys it very much. He also snow skies at Mt. Ashland, water skies at Shasta Lake and rides motorcycles. Living in Central Valley all his life, A he feels that C.V. is a good school ' 'W M f and he likes it alot. School spirit is j U U the one ingredient that he feels is Dawd Hawkms Denms Havre really special and the fact that stu- dents are all closely united. But, even with all the spirit, he feels we can still use more. During the next year or so, he is preparing for college and looking forward to doing things with friends and just plain enjoying high school.
