U16 Students Semar 611155 OMczrrs 'um Opening the treasure chest of memories vse find way back in the fall of 52 a group of scared and excited Sophomores first entered the halls of Central Valley High During this year the class started making the history which will remain alvxays in the hearts of its members Daud Hunt was chosen to lead the class mth Drucille Ix erson Vice Presi dent May Ann Tucker Secretary Pamela Farrington Treasurer Ruth Lunneborg His torian Roger Bacon Sergeant at Arms The next year was full of mcmories They accomplished the greater aim of the year by putting on a yery successful unior Prom Many praised the theme Beyond the Reef Dulcie Mills was crowned Prom Princess The leaders through all of the actiyrties were Mike Gillespie President ohn Stipc Vice Presidcnt who goy erned the second semester Carol Winn Secretary and Clark Axling Sergeant at Arms The year ey ery high school student looks forvs ard to finally oy ertook the class of 55 A Booster contest that was between the three classes for their ueen to reign ox er the Homecoming game was won by Seniors with Arlene Vigesaa being crow ned at the half time No member of the class will forget the most successful Senior Ball in many years The Seniors worked yery hard in preparing Harbor Lights which is a memory never to be forgotten The King and Queen that reigned oy er the ex ent were jake Mauer and Marilyn Paetal To lead them in their final year in all of their various activities were President Floyd Parker Vice President Stearns XVood Secretary Annetta Smith Treas urer Gail Lebow- Sergeant-at-Arms Randall Culp. The Seniors were well represented in clubs sports student council and many other acti ities. As Seniors they made prep- arations for the individual lives they would soon lead. With deep admiration and respect the graduating class said goodbye to Mr. Orcutt senior class chairman and the other adyisors and solemnly entered the waiting future closing their treasure chest of memories of Central Valley High School.
