As juniors we remember the far removed but hectic days when we were nothing more than poor sophomores constantly at the mercy of the juniors. Now we have attained that elusive status referred to as juniors and after two years of high school, we have had six of our number elected into the Pep Club, and we are equally proud of our representation in the song leading category. ' Directing us through this eventful year were George Smith, Presidentg Rich Shaw, Vice Presidentg Bobbie jean Smith, Secrctaryg Billie Pope, Treasurer. These four did much to inspire the enthusiasm and school spirit which has characterized the class of '54 throughout this year of conquest Qconquest of West Valleyj. Standing on the threshold of our Seniorify, we herewith voice our ambition to become a senior class with undiminishing ideals. We would like to be a clss remem- bered for our loyalty and pride in Central Valley High School.
