Yes indeed this is the year the La Solana staff planned the pay off And what a lot of planning it took Day after day and week after week the editorial staff wrote and rewrote articles typed and typed more pages and measured and cut oietures Meanwhile the business staff was paying bills nding out bills selling annuals and advertisements and dummying ads lt was more than once that a member of your business staff down heartedly trudged into a business establishment then brightened at the thought of possibly selling an ad But in spite of this child like trust in the goodness of humanity his drea'ns were mo mentarily shattered with a resounding NO However you can t keep a good man down and the La Solana was worth it so he plowed in anew The editorial staff had its problem too their hair because no write ups were in or because the kids were talking or looking at pictures when they should have been work ing This is the year the editorial and business staffs planned the pay off and it was worth it we think don t you?
