DEDICATI Wfe, the members of the Senior Class of 1960, take great pleasure in dedicating our yearbook to Miss Marion Marsh, faithful teacher and loyal friend of students of Central Tech. That Miss Marsh is a highly competent math teacher is shown by the fact that she is head of the school's math department, while her complete de- votion to her work is evident in her willingness to give extra help to any student who desires it. Any student who has been a member of the math classes in Room 205 can testify that her subtle sense of humor and unending patience have made studies 6?-N p a 3 x 3 easier and more enjoyable. Besides her duties along a mathematical line, she has put in many long hours of work as advisor of the Syracuse Central Tech Chapter of the Nation- al Honor Society, a job which, among other things, entailed averaging the marks of every student at school during the semi-annual membership drive. This dedication is but a small measure of our enduring appreciation of one who has done so much to inspire and uphold the high standards which this school strives to maintain. jflliulm Us D WM my vc Dec WE 12919 x .2 ? He was well known to all of us as boys' guidance counselor and Student Council advisor. Mr. McGee not only fulfilled his assignments efficiently, but also gave of him- self in a spirit of unselfish service which was un inspiration to all who came in contact with him. For this, and because he helped make Central Tech the top high school in the city we thank him, and we wish him well in his new position. . ' .vw ju-: .uv ual' ,.. This year there have been fewer issues than usual owing to the fact that the entire method of production has changed. Now, instead of being sent out to be typeset, the material is justified on an I. B. M. typewriter and printed on the offset presses. all in the new technical building, Also, all photog- raphy is done in the tech photo lab, This amounts to a saving of SIZ5. an issue. Representatives have been sent to various con- ferences during the year. There they exchanged ideas on production methods, fmture material, and layout. With the help of criticisms received at these con- ferences, the topography and staff system have been greatly revised.
