Why burden the public with school teachers who are not all there? Prof. Pinkerton has a set of fool proof questions which he will submit to all Seniors next October. Any one making an I. Q. of more than average will be hereafter barred from the teaching profession. School boards do not want geniuses, says one authority, They want average or below students for their positions. As a result,-persons of mediocre ability stand the best chances of securing positions.
