afaeaaafwl Each of our years at Central seems to move from September to June in the same general pattern. Yet each of these years is distinctly different, holding an individual pattern of frustration and fun, drudgery and dreams, monotony and magic. We of the Ragout staff have found the 1963-1964 academic year to be one Whose special flavor we wish to remember, and we have tried to recapture that elusive essence in this book. Yet we Wish to honor him not only as a teacher and an able scholar, but as one who personifies qualities for which the college stands. Freshmen find his courses perhaps difficult and their image is primarily of the man as a classroom teacher. But after four years on this campus, seniors learn to sincerely admire and respect his ideas, abilities and his manner and gratefully remember his influence. He has opened the door to serious academic pursuitg he has shown paths to understandingg but most of all, by example and guidance, he has spread a faith by which he lives. D How does one characterize such a man? In freshman religion, We learned that the prophet Micah set forth the requirements of a righteous man. . .
