Mr. Kvinsland is perhaps one of the busiest personalities at Central Kitsap. Although he has many duties bestowed upon him, Mr. Kvinsland always has time to discuss problems pertinent to the student body. Central Kitsap will miss Mr. Kvinsland when he assumes his duties in the new iunior high. MR.
