INDUSTRIAL ARTS By Don Schlitt The head of the Industrial Arts is Mr. Paul Rhodes. We, thestudents of Central, have awide variety of arts to choose from. The seventh graders get ten weeks of wood, metal, Mech. Drawing,and printing. The eighth, and ninth grades have their choice between all of those and arts and crafts too. HOME MAKING Home making is a useful and well worth while subject for all girls. Girls who choose this subject f have a semester of foods and one of sewing. 'sl In cooking 7th graders work on breakfasts, 8th graders on dinners and 9th graders on suppers. In sewing they make skirts, blouses, aprons, etc. They also present a style show for the P.T.A. Mrs. Casey heads our homernaking department.
