Majorettes Strike Up The Band The Majorettes added interest and school spirit to this years football games and pep assemblies. Headed by Miss Brenda Frank, the girls worked hard all summer Q practicing and raising money to purchase their summer uniforms. Each girl was 5 chosen on poise, appearance, showmanship, and twirling and dancing ability. Under the direction of Mr. Thomas Duplaga, the band has also been busy. The band participated in parades, assemblies, community projects, and band concerts. As a new addition, the flag twirlers added sparkle and color to the Eagle band. They also participated in money-raising projects to purchase their uniforms.
