As usual, stuglents filed out the doors within the hour, carryi g rasers, 7 notebooks, papers, pencils, and any other junk that cluttered their lockers, leaving them nice and cle for the first time since September. Some of these students will return next fall, while others will have the opp unity to explore the business world or the world of higher education. Stiff competition, great responsibilities, and expensive education costs, all well hidden behin' t f walls of ,, a high school, will now become a part of your everyday life. But do not dismay, you are prepare to nquefl C any of these. Twelve years of education stand behind you, and if you use it wisely, with effort, the opportunity for success will be at your doorstep. You are responsible for what happens to this country for the next 50-70 years. No longer can you blame your parents or any other adult for the conditions and problems that may ariseg you're a part of it now. If there's something you don't like, be strong and speak out til you convince enough people to agree with you, so you can change it. There may be times when hard blows will hit and delay your plans for a short time, but you must learn to get back on the right track as quickly as possible and continue to better yourself. Whatever you decide to do-whether it's raising a family, healing the sick, protecting the country, conserving natural resources, or any other available position-just remember that you'll be taking care of business everyday. .
