Classes were held in auto mechanics, wood work- ing, and printing. These courses produced many well-qualified tradesmen. America's future homemakers had many opportunities to practice their arts in the home economics labs. This year some of the girls from the iunior high used our facilities also, because of the construction going on there. All of the departments at Central used the facilities for visual education. MR. First came typing and bookkeeping for those interested in business. After mastering these fundamentals, the studies included Gregg and Thomas shorthand, filing, and second year bookkeeping. This training helped us to carry on the many business transactions of our school. Central graduates prove to be excellent drivers after taking the course offered in drivers training.
