Through mountains, across rivers, through jungles and swamps, the roads of man writh, twist, and turn across the face of the globe to stand as a symbol of man's progress. Along these routes have moved commerce, the lonely traveler, and the great and magnificent armies of the world. The Appian Way, the Burma Road, and the Road to Bizerte stand forever as the mark of engineering genius displayed by the great conquering armies of history. Along one of these roads, on which we ourselves have chosen, we shall all pass during our lifetime of accomplishments. WWI ei 191.70 P,,,mm-n...,,, 1221 V9

DEDICATION As we travel along the path of life, we are confronted with many ob- stacles. There have been many people who helped us overcome these obstacles. One of these people who will always remain in our minds and hearts is Mr. Donald R. Poet. He has helped us become better citizens and has been a friend to us in a time of need. He has helped the entire school by coaching the Junior Varsity Basketball Team. Mr. Poet has not been just another teacher to us, but a friend who has gained the respect and admiration of each member of the Class of '62, For these reasons we the Class of '62 hereby dedicate this yearbook to Mr. Donald R. Poet. Through this we hope to show a portion of our appre- ciation for everything he has done for us.
