Frank has stressed the importance of your seeing the works of our CITY HALL, and visiting our sports arena. l'm here to ask you not to forget the girls. We are the largest group of Central boosters in existence, all the time studying and planning tor the day when we will leave Central U. S. A. to take our places as the wives, mothers and teachers of the future, Visit our home eco- nomics department and our girls' societies to learn more about this preparation. Here you will meet many ot our leading citizens. I also want to urge you to go to our 3-D art center while you're here, where Central's citizens express themselves through musical and dramatic productions or enjoy them- selves in the audience. We have numerous service organizations here in our town, and each ot them will welcome the chance to have you at their meet- ings and tell you about the many things they do. Drive straight ahead down Senior Blvd. and on through Central, U. S. A. For those of you who have yet another interest, stop at Camp Central on your way out. I hope, as you travel through our streets, you will enjoy meeting us and watching us as we work, relax, and prepare ourselves to enter another community as help- tul, active citizens. Be sure to visit our City Hall, where I will be happy to show you around and introduce you to our city council and members of our advisory council who direct our development and activity. We have many sports and recreations that you will enjoy if you're looking for fun. Here are the President, Joe Diaz, the Vice President, Grace Barter, the Secretary, Frances Johnson, and the Treasurer, 11Ford Young representing our town's first families. The people on Senior Blvd. are the oldest residents of Central, U. S. A. These citizens have, for four long, full years, lived in our town, studying, working, supporting all the functions, attending all the games, and holding up that high standard which has existed as long as our town has. All that time they both inhaled and exhaled that wonderful something in our town's atmosphere called Central Spirit. Early in June, l954, our oldest residents will resign from their positions, in an impressive ceremony, wearing blue and white caps and gowns, leaving their coveted places open to those people in Junior Square who are experienced and worthy enough to fill their own shoes. During these last four years, many have lived and died in the world around us, but here in Central, U. S. A., on Senior Blvd., WE LIVE.
