The school newspaper which the first and second semester staff Writes and distributes, consists of school news, student opinions, and coming events. Each member, after being assigned to a section such as departmental or school life, must draw lay- outs, plan pictures, and Write copy and cutlines. Every day a staff composed of juniors and se- niors strives to meet deadlines. Then in the sum- mer, some students attend a yearbook workshop at Missouri University and bring back new ideas , to help improve the quality of the Wakitan.
