It doesn't. seem that it has been nine months since I first enrolled at Central. Coming from a foreign country it was hard for me to get accustomed to their way of doing things, but I sure do like it now. I recall, well the day that Central stu- dents received their assembly seats. I found my seat. after a few moments of hunting. It was on the lower floor. in the center section, row M , seat seven. From this seat I saw many of the Seniors take their part in this year's play. Senior Closs Officers Virgil Henderson, Bond Suther- land, Frank Crooks, Barbara Chase. It seems that they have three Senior Advisers. Mrs. Fred Vandersloot and Miss Ethel Crawford are the social spon- sors. Miss Ruth Spangberg is the curricu- lar adviser. All of these teachers, together with the home room teachers, seemed eager to help me over many big bumps in my year at Central. But, I want to tell you about some of the other Seniors, who have worked so splendidly together to have such a swell graduating class. In Capers, debate, publications, sports, music and scholarship, I find the Seniors taking the lead. Cn the next page are those ranking high scholastically. Nineteen
