So you can imagine my surprise when I walked into a classroom and found them all talking Spanish. Spanish is taught here just the way English is taught in our schools. French and Latin are the two languages from which I may choose. MATHEMATICS Maybe I'm a student of the old school but I still think Mathematics is Very im- portant. Because Mathematics tends to aid the student in clear and logical think- ing and what do we need more in the world of today. I haven't decided whether I'll take Geometry, Trigonometry, or Al- gebra. While Algebra is the study of equations, I understand that Geometry and Trigonometry is the application of meas- urements and square roots in solving of problems concerning them.
