V52 27 Cross Country We ran so many miles at practice that the two miles we did at our meets didn't seem that far at all. Running against so many people was a challenge though. You had to concentrate on passing one person at a time because each one put you ahead that much more. Jim Adair had a very good season, placing well in almost all the meets.
